Dr. Tamas Madl is the co-founder and research lead behind LeadershipMaturity.ai. He has developed the patent-pending AI that utilizes linguistic analysis, cognitive modelling and simulation, and custom LLMs to assess leadership maturity with human-level accuracy. His work enables the platform to provide personalized recommendations, measure, simulate, and optimize growth trajectories, resulting in a 45% faster progression to later developmental stages. His mission is to provide leaders with accurate, instantly accessible tools for vertical development, enabling them to effectively navigate complexity and make a meaningful impact.

 

His machine learning and cognitive science expertise is rooted in a decade of research modelling brains, contributing to groundbreaking projects such as the first computer model of functional consciousness and its humanoid robot embodiment. Prior to LeadershipMaturity.ai, he founded an award-winning healthcare AI startup predicting heart disease risk, and served as Principal Investigator at a machine learning research institution. 

 

His leadership experience at Big Five tech and Big Three consulting companies includes leading data science teams developing cancer diagnostic AI systems with industry-leading accuracy, as well as cognitive debiasing and decision support systems for leaders; with international recognition through innovator awards, AI patents, newspaper articles, and dozens of publications.

He holds a PhD in brain-inspired AI, an Executive MBA, degrees in computer and cognitive science. His academic and professional journey is complemented by extensive training in Eastern and Western contemplative practices, including 14 years of meditation experience and ongoing teacher training with SIY Leadership Institute and Mingyur Rinpoche.
